Jefferson entered the second congress, he was part of radical side, and Adams loved him for this.
They were going to break free the rules, Adams and benzamine shared to draft
outlining their ideas. Despite many events, 2nd of July, congress passed resolution for indepence and
4th of July, they proved the declaration of delivery.
